The animated dive bar takes over a West Town spot with themed cocktails, trivia and karaoke.

Chicago is about to get a little more Quahog.
For a limited time, through April 19, the famously questionable watering hole from Family Guy is open in real life, as The Drunken Clam takes over Everything Bar in West Town. The fully immersive experience comes from Bucket Listers, which has already brought the cartoon dive bar to Boston, Los Angeles and Houston—apparently with enough success to justify unleashing it on the Midwest.
Yes, this is that Drunken Clam: the neon-lit setting of countless bad ideas made by Peter Griffin, Quagmire, Joe and Cleveland. And yes, the show’s executive producers are very much leaning into the chaos. “Peter and the guys have made thousands of dumb decisions at The Drunken Clam on Family Guy. This is your chance to make a few dumb decisions of your own!” Rich Appel and Alec Sulkin said in a release.
From the moment you walk in, Everything Bar has been transformed into a cartoonish slice of Quahog, complete with the Clam’s iconic signage and a broader flood of Family Guy references designed to trigger instant recognition—and a lot of photos. Tickets start at $18 and include a welcome cocktail or mocktail, with additional themed drinks available for purchase.
The bar menu reads like an episode guide with a buzz. Signature cocktails include the No No Noooo (reposado tequila, watermelon, lemon, agave and Tajín), Shut Up Meg (infused gin, honey, lemon and thyme) and The Evil Monkey (tequila, cassis berry, jalapeño tincture, lime and Topo Chico). There’s even a dessert-leaning Cool Whip cocktail built on vodka, espresso and whipped cream.
The food menu (aptly titled “Eat My Junk”) was created by MasterChef finalist and Chopped champion Becky Brown, with items like the Good Old-Fashioned Value Burger and Greased Up Deaf Fries, both riffing on classic show moments.
Beyond drinking and eating, guests can test their trivia knowledge, belt out karaoke and browse exclusive Family Guy merch. “Bucket Listers is stoked to continue bringing the world of ‘Family Guy’ to life,” said the company’s president of experiences, Derek Berry. “Just call us an experiential Voltron.”
The timing isn’t random, either. Season 24 of Family Guy premieres February 15 on FOX and streams the next day on Hulu, making this pop-up equal parts fan service and pregame.
