2. Grotesque Chicago comedy collective Helltrap Nightmare performs tonight at the Hideout, accompanied by masters of weird Mitra Jouhari and Jamie Loftus. Tickets for the 9pm show are $7.
3. Start the St. Patrick’s Day festivities early at Forever Green at the Chicago Cultural Center, which features traditional Irish dancing, music and an open bar. It starts at 6:30pm and tickets are $60.
