1. DJ Derrick Carter headlines Metro Chicago’s annual tribute to house music legend Frankie Knuckles tonight at 10pm. Tickets are $25 at the door or $20 in advance.

2. Saturday Night Live alum Julia Sweeney opens her first-ever stand-up show, Julia Sweeney: Older and Wider, tonight at the Second City Training Center. The show is at 6pm and tickets are $10.

3. Annual storytelling festival Fillet of Solo, continues on at Lifeline Theatre this evening. Tickets are $10 per show, or buy a festival pass for $50.
