1. See the Renaissance Society at the University of Chicago's latest show, titled “Unthought Environments,” which uses multiple media to explore natural beauty. The gallery is open from 10am to 5pm and entry is free.

2. Laugh off your love-life woes at the sketch revue Hooking Up With The Second City. Tickets for tonight’s 8pm show start at $26.

3. Check out the anthropology-driven exhibition “Race: Are We So Different?” at the Chicago History Museum. It’s open from 9:30am to 4:30pm and adult admission is $19.
