1. Beautiful—The Carole King Musical is in town until Sunday, so see it while you can. Tickets for tonight’s 7:30pm show are available starting at $64.

2. Watch Chicago’s best budding stand-ups perform at Chicago Underground Comedy at the Beat Kitchen. The show starts at 9:30pm and tickets are just $5.

3. Check out Iraqi-American artist Michael Rakowitz’s exhibit “Backstroke of the West” at the Museum of Contemporary Art. The museum is free for Illinois residents today and open from 10am to 8pm.
