1. The Chicago Humanities Festival’s spring program concludes today, with talks featuring musician Questlove, artist Ai Weiwei and novelist Angie Thomas, among others. Check chicagohumanities.org for times and venues, then catch Questlove spinning records at the official afterparty at the Virgin Hotel’s Cerise Rooftop. The party starts at 7pm, and admission is $10.

2. See the Lyric Opera take on rock opera with a lavish production of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Jesus Christ Superstar. Today’s matinee performance at the Civic Opera House is at 1:30pm, and tickets start at $44.

3. Take in a selection of art made by self-taught Wisconsinites at “To Be Seen and Heard,” an exhibition at Intuit: The Center for Intuitive and Outsider Art. Intuit is open today from noon to 5pm, and admission is $5.
