Just in time for Cinco de Mayo, eight Chicago restaurants show off their best taco recipes at this five-day event at Emporium Popups. During each night of the pop-up, guests can purchase a $10 ticket that allows them to taste each taco and vote for their favorite. The top four restaurants will face off on May 5, competing to be crowned the Taqueria Throwdown Champion. Check out the lineup of restaurants below:

May 3: Quiote vs Old Habits at Ludlow Liquors
