A (Mostly) Veggie Affair

Green City Market will be hosting their fall fundraiser at Moonlight Studios (1446 W Kinzie St). They'll be serving all-veggie dishes from Green City Market in a walk-around booth style tastings. To "Go Whole Beast!" three chefs from the Green City Market Junior Board (Jared Batson of The Nomad Food Company, Scott Manley of Table, Donkey & Stick and David Ochs of Maple & Ash) will be serving whole-animal dishes.
They're also introducing a VIP hour for an extra $20 on top of the $75 general admission ticket, where you'll get a chance to try all the food and drinks for an hour before general admission. Proceeds benefit Green City Market.
Other chefs include Jimmy Papadopoulos of Bohemian House, Nathan Sears of the Radler, Andres Padilla of Xoco and others. Beer will be served from Solemn Oath Brewery and Moody Tongue Brewing Company. Bartenders include Will Duncan of Punch House, Billy Helmkamp of the Whistler, Riley Huddleston of I|O at the Godfrey Hotel and Freddie Sarkis of Broken Shaker.
