This galletería is essentially a chicken-focused version of a Brazilian steakhouse. The “endless feast” includes baba ghanoush and cheese bread to start; sides like housemade polenta and deep-fried potatoes; a pasta course; and an unlimited supply of lamb shank, beef tenderloin and young chicken from the wood-burning rotisserie.
