The folks behind vegetarian mainstay Mana Food Bar are venturing into the deep blue with their latest concept. Anaba Handroll Bar is a 15-seat space offering a robust selection of hand rolls and a curated cocktail menu alongside beer, sake, wine and Japanese whiskey. Choose from a set hand roll menu (three to six rolls per order) or build your own experience with the a la carte menu. You'll find all the classics—including tuna, yellowtail, scallop and blue crab—and several rotating vegetarian options.
