Cocktails and cajun food make for a perfect Mardi Gras celebration, and no one is more qualified to serve up the festive foodstuffs than Analogue chef Alfredo Nogueira, a New Orleans ex-pat who moved to Chicago mere weeks before Hurricane Katrina. For this year's festivities, Nogueira offers up a donut-inspired take on King Cake, as well as Crawfish etouffee. Reservations recommended.
