Andy Aroonrasameruang left his longtime perch at TAC Quick Thai Kitchen to open this, Andy Thai Kitchen. It is, without a doubt, one of the best Thai restaurants in the city. Aroonrasameruang crafts his own funky pork-and-rice sausages, spoons his spicy, eggplant-studded green curry over omelettes, turns out a silky tom kha soup, pairs Chinese broccoli with crispy bites of fried pork belly and throws together a simultaneously fiery-and-cool blue crab salad. This is what Thai food should taste like.

Quite possibly the best Thai food in the city right here. The picture below is the Crab Fried Rice. The taste, texture, and the real crab meat was so good (I am really picky about fried rice.) The menu is also very vegan, and gluten free friendly with plenty of options for both. Truly a gem worth checking out!
Andy's Thai Kitchen is amazing, it's easy to pass by since it's right under the el but don't over look this place! I could eat here everyday and the best dish is the Kao Soy. The restaurant is small but designed beautifully and perfect for a first date.
