Time Out says

What’s a Brown Cow, you ask? Three scoops of chocolate ice cream, hot fudge, peanut butter and chocolate sprinkles served in a milk pail—a sugar-coma-inducing indulgence. But the decadent treats at this old-timey café don’t end there. Open up and say “Ah” to the Trough: several pounds of ice cream—one scoop of each flavor—served feed-box–style. Of course, not everyone wants belt-busting amounts. If you’re looking for the classics, Brown Cow offers shakes, malts and a root-beer float, as well as children’s birthday party favorites like ice-cream cupcakes and cakes.
