When the team behind Chicago Cut turned their attention to seafood, the result was C Chicago, which has a stunning dining room. The seafood is fresh (you can pick it out at a fish counter) but pricey, and the dishes don't quite warrant the price tag. Try it for lunch, when the $29 prix fixe is a steal and you don't mind quite as much when the fish is a little underseasoned and the key lime pie is a little too sweet.
