The ever-changing menu of rich French flavors at this Wicker Park staple includes venison “scallops” in a syrah sauce and a grilled pork chop in lemon-sage cream sauce—dishes that are simple, hearty and, at the end of the day, just delicious enough to get the job done. A three-course prix-fixe menu—offered Sunday through Thursday evenings for only $29—changes as often as the regular menu, but past offerings have included grilled asparagus with chive vinaigrette and sautéed Pacific rockfish in Chardonnay-thyme cream sauce.
