The ramshackle look of this bright place makes it a natural lingering den for the neighborhood’s hipsters. Fortunately, those owners took the next step, providing simple, Chicagocentric offerings, such as mellow java from Bridgeport Coffee Company, ice cream from local artisans Nice Cream, baked goods from Bleeding Heart Bakery and a smattering of local records for sale.
