Chef Anthony Scelzo’s playful Tuscan-influenced menus are updated monthly and are marked by Scelzo’s dedication to incorporating organic produce and other seasonal ingredients with fresh seafood and meat. The amber-tinted dining room, which resides inside the Wyndham Hotel, owes much of its elegance to the tables readied with bright, starched linens and caramel-colored wood chairs that match the large exposed ceiling beams overhead.
