Chef Mario Lobos leaves no stone unturned at his Argentine debut, delivering a massive menu of just about every classic from his country: empanadas, blood sausage, grilled skirt steak and short ribs, and even a few reflections of the 19th-century Italian invasion, namely gnocchi and thin-crust pizza. Dishes are hearty and filling (if not mind-blowing) across the board.
