The clocks on the wall of this pan-Asian spot display Tokyo, Hong Kong and Bangkok time, a reflection of the cuisines it serves. And though it may have the times right, the food is a little less reliable. Maki rolls are capably made, but our ginger chicken was disappointing, dialed-back Chinese. Thai food, on the other hand, has decent dimension: Don’t expect in-your-face shrimp paste and other intensely funky Thai tastes, but do expect well-prepared fish cakes, curries and other Southeast Asian foods that balance authenticity and accessibility. Higher-than-expected prices are mitigated by BYOB (for last-minute booze buys, try the nearby Whole Foods).
