Gold Coast barbecue joint Chicago q offers up an authentic New Orleans menu to celebrate Mardi Gras and toast the Big Easy. Entrees include crawfish cornbread, topped with crawfish etouffee and boiled Louisiana crawfish, amongst other offerings. Should there be any more room in your stomach—and, let's face it, this is Fat Tuesday, so there will be room—a bread pudding with whiskey sauce and caramel serves as a sweet finish to the meal. New Orleans cocktails will also be served.
