It’s a restaurant! It’s a club! It’s an office! It’s all these things combined, a tourist jungle that, depending on your vantage, is either delightfully colorful or terribly tacky. Whichever the case, the busy bar up front (outfitted with a DJ booth) serves a bevy of acceptable cocktails (like the Shimmy, made with vodka, Aperol and Campari); the more subdued restaurant covers every major American food group—steaks, burgers, pastas—without really excelling in any; and a series of living room–like nooks are equipped, with the business traveler in mind, with more outlets than an Apple store.
