Mexican food has been served in this location before (the space was formerly home to Fajita Grill), but never Mexican food like this. Here, the salsas are complex, the moles nuanced and the meats expertly cooked. Perhaps the best the kitchen has to offer is the mole dona esperanza, a savory and spicy sauce that heightens any meat it comes into contact with (but especially pork).
