This West Loop ice cream parlor dishes out a crazy long list of scoops, but we'll make this simple for you. Pick the soft serve, whatever flavors are on. We're a big fan of the vanilla and red velvet swirl. There's milkshakes and malts, and you can get just about any ice cream topped with Lucky Charms (this place does have an Irish theme, after all), which means that you really can't go wrong, even if soft serve isn't your jam.

My sister and I went for a walk so that I can Pokemon go myself silly, and lo and behold, this ice cream spot was one of my PokeStops! We of course popped in and i was so overwhelmed with happy things. Let me list them:

1. This place is filled with hilarious posters of punny things like 'Lick Me, I'm Irish'. I love puns.

2. You can get your ice cream in, get this, a pretzel cone, or a cookie cone. Screw waffle cones, i want my ice cream in a cookie! Way to step up the cookie ice cream sandwich game!

3. The toppings include things like fruity pebbles and sour candies. Its not just delicious, it also makes for a very very pretty ice cream cone.

4. They have all the Irish ice cream flavors: Guinness, Jameson, etc!

5. They have Taytos and Flake bars (also offered as a topping, yum) other yummy Irish snacks that you can only really find in legit Irish pubs or in Ireland. Really makes me miss my Dublin friends!!

In all, this place is adorable, delicious, and full of surprises. Just as an ice cream shop should be ;)

This place was worth the trip to the West Loop for me. The variety of flavors and cones available were a bit overwhelming (in a good way!). For the more adventurous ice cream fans, there are definitely some fun options to try (green tea, Jameson, Netflix & Chill) but there are also basic flavors for traditional fans like me who prefer chocolate peanut butter. The line was long - but I also went on a warm Friday night... even if you do find yourself in a long line, just hunker down and wait - it's worth it.
