Rustic Italian Reinvented
Contadino, (Italian = Farmer) a new restaurant featuring rustic Italian cuisine is NOW OPEN for dinner Tuesday - Sunday.
The restaurant focuses on taking the simple preparations of traditional Italian dishes and providing a “reinvented” or updated perspective.
The menu has been developed by Chef William Johnson, who draws on his experience as Chef de Cuisine at Barbara Lynch's James Beard Award winning Boston restaurant Sportello.
In addition to the locally inspired and fresh menu items, Contadino features an impressive, yet moderate Wine List focused mostly on the different wine growing regions of Italy. To complement the eclectic wine selection, a fantastic variety of small batch spirits inspires a unique and ever changing cocktail list that is both “rustic” and “reinvented.”
