After closing the retro Lincoln Park location in 2012, Cookie Bar reconcepted into a gluten-free bakery in Ravenswood. Grains like sorghum and quinoa are used to make cookies, brownies, whoopie pies and cookie sandwiches. The popular baked doughnuts made the transition to the new concept, and come in flavors like vanilla bean and cinnamon sugar.
