Walking into this swank space, you won’t think “pizza,” but you should: The Gorgonzola and pear–topped pie with balsamic drizzle is insanely delicious. To sustain your high, knock back a three-wine flight. You could stop right there and be happy, but if you must proceed, go with the signature pistachio chicken with herbaceous polenta. Skip the veal medallions; they’re overwhelmed by pancetta and fontina. Instead, carbo-load with popular pastas (including several all-veggie options) and a stellar version of bread pudding.
