Cool: the decor (corrugated metal, surfboards, whatever else you’d find in an aging rocker uncle’s basement). Cool: the concept (old-school hot-dog stand). Cool: the hours (late-night on weekends). Cool: the back patio with picnic tables. Uncool: the food, which primarily includes hot dogs and fries that taste as if they’ve gone from freezer to fryer with about as much care as the teen/stoner/neighborhood clientele would exert.
