Since opening its doors in November of 2014, the American Brasserie has received rave reviews from the media and customers alike.
The menu, which was created by Chef Michael Richie, features bold, exciting, and vibrant flavors in every dish. Among his most popular items are the Sea Bass en Papillote, chicken stuffed with ratatouille, roasted lamb with fresh herbs, and veal and foie gras vareniki (dumplings). Chef Richie, who once worked with Jean Banchet at Wheeling’s beloved Le Francais, is quickly making a name for himself!
