Time Out says
When Sunday morning finds you cranky and in desperate need of coffee (read: hungover), the wait for a table at nearby Lula can seem like cruel punishment. That’s when this handy standby comes in. The grace and sophistication of Lula’s food might be missing, but the thick and hearty oatmeal pancakes become surprisingly dreamy with a slathering of maple butter; the salmon (smoked in-house) is thick, meaty and smoky-sweet; and the Irish breakfast pairs delicious sausage with a pint of Guinness. The best part: there’s no wait—at least not yet.

I called at 5:30 to ask about kids eating for free. The guy who answered appeared annoyed, sighed, and said "Yes, until 6 pm". Above it says until 6:30 pm. I don't think I'll be going there...
The Buffalo Shrimp are awesome. The Turkey Burger melts in your mouth. The Salads and apps are incredible. Everything is fresh and homemade. Beer list is thirsty
Dunlay's in Logan Square is a fine spot if you want to just hang out quietly by the bar on an off-night. In summer, it's one of the spots on the main drag in the neighborhood with outside tables. And on Thursdays, you're likely to find a large group of runners hanging out after long runs in the evening.
