You knock the name now, but when it’s 3am and you just stumbled out of some River North club and the Antonio Banderas look-alike waiter comes over to welcome you to this bright and cheery 24-hour diner, it will take every ounce of restraint not to holler back, “I am Eggsperiencing it!” So, while you still have some dignity, please heed our recommendation of the egg-white omelette, a thing that’s the size of an entire chicken, fluffier than a bed of feathers and definitely part of the—ahem—experience.
