While there are Mexican restaurants with better menus and better margaritas, it’s hard to compete with El Jardin’s outdoor seating in the warmer months. There’s a good deal of sunshine seating—the front patio seats 40, and the spacious garden in the back seats 100–but the wait for a table can sometimes be rather lengthy, especially on game days at Wrigley Field (located just three blocks north).
