Owner Guadalupe Lopez uses 14% cream from the local Elgin Dairy and a wild imagination to create 130 flavors of her amazing ice cream. Adding as little sugar as possible, she captures the essence of each flavor—even Parmesan cheese or sweet corn bread. Don’t miss the jalapeño, tequila, mamey, avocado and coconut options. Lopez also makes paletas (popsicles) that she sells in the store.
