Time Out says

To say there’s something for everyone at this expectation-defying food court in Water Tower Place is an understatement. You won’t find any outposts of greasy chains here. Instead, this Lettuce Entertain You entity runs its own show with upmarket stalls, including an Asian noodle bar, rotisserie, soup station and even a healthy-eats area—a partnership with Cooking Light magazine. Most stalls turn out surprisingly tasty fare, so expect longer-than-life lines on busy shopping days.

Don't let yourself get scared off because the idea of mall food courts grosses you out. I love how many choices there are here - and good choices at that! Lettuce Entertain You restaurants don't mess around with crappy food court style food. The stir fry station is a favorite, but I also like the salad and taqueria (still waiting to try the other stations!). Prices are fair and seating is plentiful - the only food court stereotype this place falls into is the number of people aimlessly wandering in the way while carrying shopping bags. But you'll probably be right there with them so it's okay :)
