Located inside The Plant, a vertical farm and food business incubator in the Back of the Yards neighborhood, this coffee roastery is the sister location of the original on the island of Burgaz, off the coast of Istanbul. Serving up roasts like Honduras Roberto Figueroa, which tastes like butterscotch, peach and papya and Colombia Lilia Rosas which will has the flavor of night flowers, juicy apple and brown sugar cake, coffee doesn't get more unique or international.
