Fuel Station took over a shuttered Caribou Coffee space and brightened it up. There are big windows, yellow walls and a patio with orange seats—the perfect place to sip on a cup of joe made from Uncommon Coffee Roasters beans that are roasted on site. The Cosmic Coffee, a blend of coffee, chai and other ingredients, was created by the owner Sean Tehrani. It's spicy and sweet and good for a little punch in your day. Fuel also makes sandwiches and salads and brings in pastries from around the city.
