His cooking career spans three decades. He has maintained his title as Executive Chef since 1989 at restaurants throughout Italy, France, England and the United States. In 2011, the Italian government handed Chef Gaetano the prestigious Ospitalita Italiana award for having an authentic Italian restaurant.
