Pastry chef Jen Templeton uses this kitchen primarily for her wholesale and special-order clients. But for walk-ins, she offers a small selection of elegant pastries. Soft twists of bread dough and chocolate (dubbed “whirlaways”) are a not-too-sweet way to get a chocolate fix in the morning, and crumbly scones are packed with peaches. The offerings change frequently, but hamburger buns often are available on the weekends.
