Colombian chef-owner Gloria Santiago and her Puerto Rican husband, Jaime, have put their heart into this colorful eatery. The space is modest, but the food is complex and hearty. The steaming bowl of herb-flecked sancocho (hen stew) makes for a great lunch, packed with yuca, plantains and corn. For a dinner for two, go with the brown-skinned rotisserie chicken and bandeja paisa (country plate), an assortment of meats and traditional vegetables and beans.
