Of the Japanese options, the nigiri cuts are generous and fresh, and the maki are standard yet tasty. Sweet-potato maki is pimped out with green onions, cream cheese and tempura crunch, and slathered in wasabi mayo and eel sauce. Not so authentic but, oh, the creamy goodness.
