Greek Islands

Half the joy of eating at this Greektown stalwart is seeing how many times you can get your server to say “Opa!” The other half comes in the form of the savory saganaki and the keftedakia—small, luscious meatballs simmered in tomato sauce. The sea bass lacks punch, so choose the rich and flaky spinach-cheese pie or the fantastic loukaniko sausage instead. Honey-laden desserts are solid across the board, so order with confidence. But for maximum “Opa!” make sure you finish with a cup of potent coffee.

I really enjoyed the appetizers I had and everything was pretty reasonably priced. I don't think it was the best greek food i've ever had but the experience was fun. I really loved the restaurant itself and had a great time feeling like i was in Greece!

When I first walked into this place I could tell that it's usually always pretty filled inside. The atmosphere is great. I only had some appetizers, and they were pretty good. Everything was reasonably priced. However, I didn't think anything I ate was out of this world. I really don't think this place lives up to the hype.
