Grey Goose Interpreted by Ducasse Food & Cocktail Pairing Dinner

Chef Noah Sandoval opens his Michelin-starred restaurant on a Monday night for a five-course dinner with cocktail pairings from Julia Momose. The special one-night-only tasting menu is inspired by Sandoval's recent trip to Cognac, France, with the Atelier of Taste program from Grey Goose vodka. He'll open the space on a night when it's typically closed to present dishes like Miyazaki beef with smoked chestnut royal mushrooms alongside vodka-based cocktail creations. The dinner is $250 per person, and reservations start at 6pm.
