Just as it did when it went by the name Med Kitchen, this quick-serve spot trades in build-your-own salads, plates and wraps—now served with a dash more Greek pride. Choose your vessel, then your filling (well-seasoned spit-fired chicken, lamb-and-beef gyros, spicy greek loukaniko sausage) and toppings (hummus, crumbled feta, kalamata olives). Portions are copious, but still—how are all these suits walking past the flaky spanakopita without giving in?

About as good as quick lunch spot can really get, GRK doesn't fault to deliver fast and tasty salads, falafel, etc. That being said, it is super easy to load on the calories here. My salad w/ bread and falafel ended up being over 1000 calories. However, as long as you go in with that in mind, you're sure to have great experience. I purchased the Greek salad which had just the right amount fixings, and the dressing was the perfect compliment to them. Their falafel was also solid and made a dress addition to salad. If you want a solid and hearty lunch in the loop, this is the place to go.
