Hama Matsu is now closed. This spot claims to be a Korean/Japanese restaurant, but the specialty is sushi, and it’s done well. The house roll takes a kitchen-sink approach, combining asparagus, smoked salmon, unagi, crabmeat, avocado, green onion and teriyaki sauce into one bloated, delicious bite. The Low Carb Maki’s lettuce, zucchini, avocado and crab was bland (no shock there), but the dragon roll (unagi, avocado, shrimp tempura) was crunchy, sweet and artfully plated.
