The Ruffolos have extended the most important meal of the day to cater to late-risers, serving their hangover-helpers until 3pm. Whether it’s dressed-up omelettes or straight-up bacon and eggs, all breakfasts come with the namesake hash browns. But our vote goes to the “killer” hash browns, a massive attack of potatoes topped with cheese, onions, sour cream and cornflakes that’s baked to bubbly perfection.
