This little BYOB does a nice job of executing most standard Anglo cravings, from crunchy egg rolls and gooey crab rangoon to jam-packed maki. Try the “Hot Woks Noodles,” stir-fried spinach noodles that resemble fettucine wok-tossed with shrimp, chicken and jalapeño peppers for heat. Like the Akira roll (tuna, salmon, spicy mayo, ginger and avocado rolled in crunchy tempura flakes), it might not open any rabbit holes for the authenticity police, but it’s definitely tasty.
