How Do Your Roll? serves "Asian burritos," like a spicy tuna version.

If you prefer to take your sushi rolls into your own hands, you can (sort of) do it at How Do You Roll? a fast casual Japanese spot inside the Palmer House Hilton. The menu comprises standards, like a California roll or poke bowl, as well as "Asian burritos," a sushi roll wrapped up inside a warm flour tortilla. But the name refers to the restaurant's build-your-own option, which gives you free reign to select fillings like avocado, asparagus, shrimp, crab and masago, which as we type this, doesn't sound like a bad combination.
