You can find this truck humming (har, har) in Evanston, where it cooks up gourmet grub with a 12-burner stove, a fleet of fryers and enough fridge space to hold a few sides of beef. Chef Vince DiBattista (also of Evanston mainstays Union Pizzeria and Campagnola) changes his offerings daily, but think Italian-inspired riffs such as chicken Parmesan sandwiches, garlicky fries and a Valrhona chocolate brownie topped with vanilla gelato.
