Time Out says

Christine McCabe’s takeout window, hidden in a Lincoln Park alley off Armitage Avenue, is patronized by dog walkers, morning commuters, stay-at-home stroller pushers and basically anybody else with an affinity for sugar and a distaste for waiting. The quick exchanges go like this: You pick your poison (flaky strawberry “Pop Tarts,” sticky morning buns, thick hot chocolate), McCabe hands it to you through a window, and then you’re off. Or you’re not—standing in the alley drinking coffee and eating a brownie is, now, not so unusual.
