Bare-bones standards are what you’d expect from this corner tavern, and that’s exactly what you get. Start by dipping warm pita into tahini-heavy hummus or plunge into one of the chopped salads, most of which are big enough to be entrées. Thick burgers are executed with confidence, but ours was a little dry, so ask for yours slightly rare. A good number of healthy options, half-price wine bottles on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and a crunchy, oatmeal-topped apple crisp sweeten the deal.
