The dolsot bibimbap here has garnered a cult following over the years. The steaming classic of egg, beef, veggies and rice is delicious, but don’t ignore the other treats on hand. The bulgogi, grilled on your table over a bowl of hot coals, is sweet and garlicky and accompanied by paper-thin slices of vinegar-soaked daikon, a spicy yet cooling cucumber kimchi and an impossibly flavorful soup with tender cubes of tofu.
